Our soft opening day was July 16, 2025. We offer a Market, Butcher, Bakery, Deli, Restaurant, and coming soon, a bar!

Our introductory menu includes sandwiches and smash burgers. Our beef is local and pasture-raised, free of hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. We source as many local products as possible and seek out producers who follow our practices.

Look for house-made side salads and other deli favorites. Check out our bakery for a fresh baked breads, bagels, and desserts. New items are being added daily.

Beverages include Excel fountain drinks, Excel and The Republic of Tea bottled teas, and a selection of wine & beer.

The MOObile Food Truck Pop-up on the Parking Lot – Tuesdays in August from 5 PM to 8 PM. Offering the food truck menu, beer & wine, house made side salads, and desserts. Dine-in or on the patio.
